How to get your data
- Open Instagram → your profile → menu (☰) → Accounts Center
- Tap Your information and permissions → Export your information → Create export
- Choose Export to device
- Tap Customize information → uncheck everything except Followers and following (under Connections)
- Tap Date range → change to All time
- Tap Format → change to JSON (defaults to HTML — this step matters)
- Tap Start export
- Instagram notifies you by email when it's ready — you'll have 4 days to download
- Download the ZIP and upload it below — don't unzip it first
